A Global Semiconductor Manufacturer was commissioning its Bengaluru Center of Excellence a multi-floor facility housing everything from compact 4 pax huddle rooms to an executive boardroom, a 108-inch LED-wall cafeteria, and a branded reception with digital signage. Each space had a distinct operational brief, a different hardware stack, and a different user experience requirement.
The risk: engaging separate vendors per room type meant fragmented warranties, inconsistent UX, mismatched specs, and no single point of accountability on handover day. For a global semiconductor company's flagship India facility, that was not acceptable.

Boardroom: Yealink MVC860 Windows MTR, 2× LG 86" 4K, 2× CM20 AI ceiling mics, 4× CS10 ceiling speakers, Aurora + iPad control. Cafeteria: Absen 108" 1.2mm LED wall, Clear One PTZ, 9× JBL pendant speakers, BSS DSP, AKG wireless mics.

on Aurora RXC-3-G2 control with iPad + iPort wireless charging panels one-touch AV control. Reception runs LG 75" with Pickcel cloud digital signage for branded, always-on visitor experience.

The cafeteria's Absen HC II Series 108" LED wall (1.2mm pixel pitch, 4×4 cabinet matrix, 2.4×1.35m) is driven by a BSS Audio DSP with Crown 300W amplification and 9× JBL pendant loudspeakers transforming the space into a broadcast capable all-hands venue. The boardroom runs Yealink MVC860 on Windows 11 IoT with AI PTZ camera, 2× CM20 beamforming ceiling mics, and Aurora RXC-3-G2 one-touch control all installed and commissioned by Trianze Tech with 1-year onsite warranty.
