TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Trianze Tech website and services.   
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.   

1. Services

Trianze Tech provides digital services including but not limited to website design, web development, eCommerce solutions, branding, UI/UX design, digital marketing, hosting support, maintenance, and technical consulting services subject to written quotation, proposal, or agreement.   

2. Quotations & Payment

All quotations provided by Trianze Tech are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation unless otherwise stated.   

A deposit or advance payment may be required before project initiation. Remaining payments shall be due according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.   

Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges where applicable.   

3. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on project scope and client requirements. Delays caused by lack of client feedback, delayed approvals, missing content, or third-party dependencies may affect delivery schedules.   

4. Revisions & Approvals

Revisions included within a project will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.   

Final approval from the client confirms acceptance of the delivered work.   

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access credentials needed for project completion.   

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client shall own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.   

Trianze Tech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.   

7. Third-Party Services

Trianze Tech may integrate or recommend third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software services. We are not responsible for issues, downtime, pricing changes, or policies related to third-party providers.   

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Depending on project progress and work completed, cancellation fees or partial payments may apply.   

Deposits and completed milestone payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.   

9. Limitation of Liability

Trianze Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.   

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.   

10. Force Majeure

Trianze Tech shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, hosting failures, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or third-party service interruptions.   

11. Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.   

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, payments remain outstanding, or misuse of our services is identified.   

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.   

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.   

14. Changes to Terms

Trianze Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
