A flagship HQ couldn't go live with fragmented AV.
A leading real estate and construction group was commissioning a new corporate headquarters with eight meeting rooms across three floors, all needing to be fully operational on opening day. Every room would host hybrid meetings daily, cycling between Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Executive rooms, Chairman’s cabin, two CXO suites, and a flagship 20-pax boardroom anchored by a Samsung QH115 115″ UHD display had to project premium.
The risk: every room on a different AV vendor. Three IT support workflows. Meetings starting late while someone hunts for the right dongle.

Trianze designed one coherent architecture across all eight rooms same daily UX, same wireless presentation flow, same touch controller sized to each room’s purpose but built on a unified stack. The Collab Room, ED’s Room and 20-pax Conference Room were configured as native Microsoft Teams Rooms. Result: one IT support model, one warranty, zero ecosystem fragmentation.

Logitech Rally Bar in collab + conference rooms, Rally Bar Huddle in CXO & Chairman cabins, Jabra PanaCast 50 for mid-size rooms. Every applicable room runs on Logitech Tap IP identical UX across floors, zero retraining.
Crestron AirMedia 3 — walk-in BYOD
In every executive-tier room, the Crestron AM3-212-I KIT gives any guest a 5-second wireless connect no dongles, no driver installs, no IT handholding. Same flow whether it’s the Chairman or a visiting consultant.
Logitech Sight — 20-pax AIframing
The flagship boardroom pairs Rally Bar with Logitech Sight tabletop companion camera. Intelligent multi-participant framing means remote attendees always see whoever’s speaking, not the table.

The Samsung QH115 is a 115-inch UHD professional display one of the largest available for commercial integration. Trianze coordinated specialist installation logistics including a heavy-duty push-pull bracket (LGC-98110) for the 2nd-floor conference room. All eight displays mounted on VSYS VS01A-69T heavy-duty tilt brackets. Cables, connectors and on site commissioning by Trianze with 1-year onsite warranty across the full stack.
