The client needed two very
different display installations delivered simultaneously a back-office Knock Room for POS terminal monitoring, requiring a high-output single-panel station capable of rendering eight independent feeds, and a full-scale Control Room video wall for real-time multi-source surveillance and operations display.
The challenge: each room had distinct hardware, mounting, and cabling requirements. Sourcing from multiple vendors risked mismatched specs, split warranty coverage, and installation delays. Both rooms had to go live on the
same handover date.

Trianze specified, sourced, and commissioned both rooms under a single project umbrella eliminating vendor fragmentation, consolidating warranty, and ensuring both installations were calibrated and handed over together. Each room received hardware precisely matched to its operational brief, with no cross-contamination of specs.
Knock Room —8-output display station
46" Philips commercial display driven by a dedicated 8-output graphics card on a VSYS VSVW02-46T push-pull video wall mount. Operators monitor up to 8 POS terminal feeds simultaneously from a single panel no switching, no blind spots.
Control Room —4×4 LG video wall
16× LG 55VH7J-H 55" narrow-bezel panels in a 4×4 matrix, driven by a Novastar video wall controller for frame-accurate multi-source switching. Mounted on VSYS VSVW13-46T pop-out push-pull brackets for clean cabling and full rear serviceability.
